    The waitresses/cashiers are very friendly.. The food is ok..I’ve eaten there a few times and each time was a different experience. Nothing to write home about.

    Management is another story… Well I assume he is the manager, very rude, not very personable AT ALL!!! Oh i take that back, with certain people he was..

    TERRIBLE SERVICE! IN A SMALL TOWN SUCH AS OXFOD SERVICE HAS GOT TO BE A #1 PRIORITY .. NEW OWNERSHIP OR NOT, THE SERVICE IS STILL SOME OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED… I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR 10 MINS LISTENING TO THE CASHIERS ARGUE ABOUT THEIR BOYFRIENDS GOING OUT AND GETTING DRUNK WITHOUT THEM. I DON’T WISH TO HEAR THEIR PROBLEMS. FINALLY THEY REALIZE I’M STANDING THERE AND IT SEEMED AS IF I WAS INCONVENIENCING THEM BEING THERE SHE WAS SHORT WITH ME AND KEPT ASKING IS THAT ALL? WHICH MADE ME EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. I CONTINUE TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MENU AND THE GIRL DIDN’T EVEN KNOW THE ANSWERS, MAYBE THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED A LITTLE MORE BEFORE TURNING THEM OUT ON THEIR OWN. (QUESTIONS SUCH AS, WHAT SIDE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? WHAT COMES ON THAT BURGER? NOTHING THEY SHOULDN’T KNOW) IN THE END, THE FOOD WAS SUB PAR, BUT WORTH TRYING AGAIN IF THE SERVICE IMPROVES.

    Could not believe how unsatisfactory and and rude the employees were. Awful customer service. Food was less than good and seemed as if they had reheated my meal… A couple times. Heard nothing but good things before but my trip I can say was one that left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

    Called to have my food delivered but the line was busy for an hour straight. Decided to go in and pick it up myself. Cashier was very rude and was talking on the phone the whole time. The cooks and cashier were screaming back and fourth across the counter. Very loud. Asked to talk to the manager and I was told that he was too busy to talk to me at the moment. I was given his name…..Yerby. Took 32 minutes to get my food and when I received it, my order was wrong. Maybe if the cashier wasn’t on the phone, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Had to wait another 14 minutes to receive my food. When I checked it this time, seemed like they used the same hamburger and just reheated it. I will never go back there again. It was a waste of my time and my money!!!!
